Catherine Wilton-Murch

Cathy Wilton-Murch is an HR Specialist who brings over 40 years of experience to her position. She began her career working for the Playboy Resort in McAfee, New Jersey, where she found her passion for the field of Human Resources, starting as an accounting payroll assistant and quickly moving to the Human Resources Department within the first five months.  She has spent many years in the hospitality industry, and one of her favorite positions was Director of HR for Chef Gordon Ramsay at his NYC restaurant. She enjoys all aspects of Human Resources, especially working with the staff.

Cathy attended SUNY Orange County and completed the SHRM Human Resources Management Certification at Fairleigh Dickinson University. She is a founding member and former Board Member of the Sussex Warren Chapter of SHRM and is still active in the Chapter.

Her hobbies include showing her husband’s champion Cardigan Welsh Corgis at AKC Shows, and she looks forward to competing at the Westminster Dog Show each year. Cathy is also the Secretary Delegate to the American Kennel Club and the Point Show Coordinator for the Newton Kennel Club.
