Hailee is an accomplished interior designer with ten years of experience, eight years specializing in healthcare design. She is passionate about creating environments that balance aesthetics and functionality, enhancing the patient journey while supporting staff efficiency and well-being. Her experience spans projects of all scales, from small single-space renovations to the new construction of ambulatory and hospital facilities. She is skilled in guiding designs and leading the interiors documentation process through every phase from schematic design to construction administration.
