Moneesha is a Design Technician with a strong foundation in design and technical expertise. With a master’s degree in architecture from Pratt Institute and a LEED AP BD+C accreditation, she brings a sustainable and forward-thinking approach to every project. Moneesha is an EDAC-certified professional, recognized by The Center for Health Design for expertise in evidence-based design.

Throughout their career, they have collaborated with internationally renowned firms such as 3XN and KPF, contributing to high-profile projects like the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Currently, Moneesha is engaged in healthcare architecture, working on transformative hospital projects.

Beyond architecture, Moneesha is a trained Indian classical dancer specializing in Bharatanatyam and Kathak. Their passion for dance extends into teaching, learning, and performing in the New York and New Jersey areas. When not immersed in architectural design, Moneesha can often be found on stage or in the studio — living their “5 to 9” after the 9 to 5, sharing the richness of classical Indian dance with the community.
