Oswaldo Martinez is a detailed-oriented and sensitive architectural designer with a fascination for well-proportioned and balanced contemporary architecture. He has been involved in a variety of project types from high-end multi-residential buildings to corporate office buildings in the private sector and from public transportation in his country of origin (Colombia) to railroad facilities, bus terminal interiors and public schools for various public agencies in the USA. Most recently, Oswaldo has been involved in many multi-family, commercial and corporate projects throughout the tristate area.
His family and his work are, in his own words, “the center and the most important things of his life.” When possible, traveling the world with his wife and two kids is the realization of his dreams. Puzzles, Lego, movies, and reading are the perfect complementary activities between trips.
