Irene Cherevaty

Irene has over 45 years of experience in the architectural field, over 40 of which have been in the United States. She graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Master of Architecture degree from Makeeva Engineering and Construction Institute in the USSR. One year after arriving in the United States, Irene began her career with NK Architects as a Junior Architect in 1980.
Over the years, Irene has worked on a variety of project types including assisted living, commercial, retail, corporate, higher education, public and independent schools, healthcare, laboratory and research, multi-family housing and special needs populations.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, son-in-law and four grandchildren. Her hobbies include gardening, playing piano and traveling, especially to visit significant architecture around the world.
