Zufall Health Center
Project Overview
Zufall Health Center (ZHC) is a not‐for‐profit federally‐qualified health center located in the historic district of downtown Dover, NJ. The need to address the growing demand for services led to a renovation and expansion of ZHC’s facilities.
The West Blackwell building was renovated to house the ambulatory care clinical program, which includes general, women, pediatric and geriatric medical care, as well as a behavioral health care clinic. The second floor now accommodates all administrative offices.
The South Warren building has been renovated to house ZHC’s expanded dental clinic.
