Liberty Hall Academic Center Awarded Silver in Educational Interiors Showcase

Liberty Hall Academic Center, a teaching and exhibition facility at Kean University, has won a Silver citation from American School & University! The jury for the magazine’s 2021 Educational Interiors Showcase praised Liberty Hall’s “simple and direct” gallery spaces, its “good use of texture and light to provide vitality” and its “dynamic spaces and detailing.”

Evoking the functionality of working farm buildings, yet designed with a contemporary level of craft and detailing, Liberty Hall Academic Center is a contemporary environment in which to teach, study and celebrate history in close proximity to its namesake, Liberty Hall Museum.
