NK Architects Remembers Russell Sage, P.E.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Russell Sage, founding principal of NK Architects' structural engineering group. Russell was an accomplished engineer, a wonderful collaborator, partner, and mentor to many.

His passion for our profession and the sensitivity that he brought to our design process through the integration of structure contributed to the success and culture of NK Architects. Russ was truly a family man and loved music, skiing, and sports.

He graduated from Clarkson University with a master's degree in engineering and retired after 50 years in the field as a principal of NK Architects. During his tenure with us, he provided expert engineering for a diverse range of projects and building types, having received numerous awards and merits of excellence.

Russell Sage's legacy continues as NK Architects enters its 52nd year in practice. We are grateful for the expertise and camaraderie that Russ shared with us.
