Anchor Health Properties Announces First Major Hospital for Capital Health in Pennsylvania

Capital Health has commenced development of a new multi-specialty hospital in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, the system’s first major hospital in the Commonwealth and a complement to its existing outpatient and ambulatory facilities in the surrounding area and New Jersey. 

Anchor Health Properties, a real estate company devoted exclusively to healthcare facilities, will serve as owner’s representative for Capital Health at Oxford Valley. Anchor will oversee design and construction of the project, a 53,220-square-foot, phased renovation of the existing hospital building at 280 Middletown Boulevard, adjacent to the Oxford Valley Mall.

NK Architects is serving as architect and healthcare planner for the project, alongside Vanderweil Engineers (MEP) and Tri-State Engineers (site/civil). Capital Health at Oxford Valley is slated to open its doors to patients in early 2024.
